The calender opens on a monthly schedule. The 1st fifteen days of the month opens on the 15th of each month @10AM. The rest of the month will open on the 21st @10AM.

For example:

March 1st - 15th opens on February 15 @10AM

March 16 - 31st open on February 21 @10AM

We only accept card, apple pay tap, and cash. 

A $35 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is REQUIRED to book an appointment, which will go towards your total. 

Your deposit holds your appointment. 

There is a 24-hour window in which you may cancel, or reschedule your appointment WITHOUT penalty. If you reschedule an appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment your deposit will be transferred. One reschedule is ONLY allowed in order for a deposit to be transferred. 

Canceling the same day of your appointment will result in a charge of 75% of the remaining balance. A payment link will be emailed to you for you to pay. In order to book with me again, it must be paid. 

NO CALL/NO SHOW will simply be banned from booking with me again, and charge 100% of service.

Each client is given a 15 minute GRACE PERIOD. If the grace period has passed a $10 fee will be added. If 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and there will be a charge of 35% of the remaining balance.

If Jaayy is late, $20 will automatically be taken off for the inconvenience. 

If you need a squeeze in appointment please text me via phone (252) 915-1779. All squeeze in appointments will be booked through me directly. Squeeze in appointments are an additional $50. 

NO EXTRA guests are allowed. Only person that’s being serviced is allowed unless if they’re underaged, a parent is allowed to sit with them
