The calender opens on a monthly schedule. The 1st fifteen days of the month opens on the 15th of each month @10AM. The rest of the month will open on the 21st @10AM.
For example:
March 1st - 15th opens on February 15 @10AM
March 16 - 31st open on February 21 @10AM

CANCELLATION
A $35 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is REQUIRED to book an appointment, which will go towards your total.
Your deposit holds your appointment.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL WHEN YOU STEP FOOT OUT THE SALON!

There is a 24-hour window in which you may cancel, or reschedule your appointment WITHOUT penalty. If you reschedule an appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment your deposit will be transferred. One reschedule is ONLY allowed in order for a deposit to be transferred.

Canceling the same day of your appointment will result in a charge of 75% of the remaining balance. A payment link will be emailed to you for you to pay. In order to book with me again, it must be paid.
NO CALL/NO SHOW will simply be banned from booking with me again, and charge 100% of service.

Each client is given a 15 minute GRACE PERIOD. If the grace period has passed a $10 fee will be added. If 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and there will be a charge of 35% of the remaining balance.
If Jaayy is late, $20 will automatically be taken off for the inconvenience.

If you need a squeeze in appointment please text me via phone (252) 915-1779. All squeeze in appointments will be booked through me directly. Squeeze in appointments are an additional $50.

If you are getting pipe cleaners or two strand their will be an additional price added. If you’re getting pipe cleaners please let me know ahead of time PLEASE. Also hair added services, please contact me ahead of time.

Loc Extensions Services
📌 Loc Extensions Policy – Please Read Before Booking
If you are interested in receiving loc extension services, a consultation is required before booking. This helps ensure we align on expectations, hair health, and style goals.
All loc extension appointments must be booked directly through me only — no third-party booking is permitted.
Deposit Requirements:
- If you are providing your own locs, a $175 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- If you are ordering Jaayy Kinky Locs or Jaayy Kinky Curly Locs from me, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required.
✨ All deposits will be applied toward your total service balance.
Please note:
- Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment. Your deposit can be transferred to the rescheduled date if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance.
- If you cancel your appointment, your deposit is valid for 30 days from the cancellation date. After 30 days, a new deposit will be required to rebook.
- A Client Intake Form must be completed prior to your service. This form will be sent to you after your appointment is booked.
- All loc extension services must be paid in CASH ONLY on the day of the appointment.
